Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be conducting a tender exercise to replace our existing Fire & Intruder Alarms, Sprinkler Systems and Fire Protection Equipment, Emergency Lighting Systems Framework that is due to expire in October 2026. The framework will support Members meet current legislation and guidance for fire safety and to ensure employee and resident safety, through the regular servicing and maintenance of Fire, Sprinkler, Intruder, and Emergency Lighting Systems. The framework will also include the installation of a new fire protection equipment .
