This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the supply, fit and refurbishment of a number of types of floorcoverings such as carpet, vinyl, rubber, linoleum, laminate and hardwood. This is estimated to begin in July 2026.
