CBC has a contract in place for the installation of GRP composite door assemblies and the majority of flat entrance door assemblies within the domestic housing stock have been replaced under this contract. No communal compartmentalisation door assemblies have been replaced under the aforementioned contract and it is intended that where required these door assemblies will be included in the contract awarded following this tender. Replacement timber flat entrance fire door assemblies are required where composite doors are not suitable, for example within listed buildings
