Descriptions
The trust requires a 24 hour, 365 days a year, Full Care Service Contract for Dialysis Unit Water Treatment Plants in Renal Unit and Ward 4 based at The James Cook University Hospital. Please include 12 month and multiple year options. This contract should include as a minimum, the provision of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, option to provide all spare parts, Chemical Disinfection, Water Quality Testing and all consumables. All Preventative Maintenance must be carried out on a Sunday. Schedule of Works to include as a minimum: visual check system for leaks or damage, check all tri-clamp and union fittings are tight, check pressures - record values, check flows - record values, check temp. conductivity and other calibrations - record values, set times, record hours and any other displayed values, review datalog and trend.
