Descriptions
The work comprises the Annual Inspection and Testing of Gas Installations including supply pipe work, equipment and appliances (including radiators, pipe work, associated controls and all other items necessary for the operation of the heating and hot water), annual servicing of gas central heating systems, together with electrical work associated with these installations.
Additionally, there are 153 with an Unvented Hot Water Cylinders (UHWC) and 171 systems powered by an air source heat pump (ASHP) that shall be subject to replacement, servicing and maintenance (ASHP maintenance will be time and material cost).
The servicing of thermostatic mixing valves where already installed in the Association’s residential properties are to be included.
