NOTE: This notice was updated on 04 January 2022 for the following reason: Added to Contracts Finder(The successful contractor will support Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council's own In-House repairs service in providing a responsive roofing maintenance service and this element of the work, has an estimated value of £100,000 per annum for the successful bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to undertake planned renewals of complete rooftops to Council properties, with an estimated value of £600,000 per annum. The contract will initially be for a 3 year period which is within the financial years 1st April 2022 to March 2025; with an option to extend 1 year plus 1 year.)
