GB-Luton: Decking of Lewsey Road Visitor Car Park

Descriptions

The addition of one and a half decks to an existing surface only Lewsey Road visitor car park (on the hospital site). Whilst initial designs have been produced, and are included in this tender document, we are seeking to procure this on a fixed price lump sum JCT design and build basis. Planning permission for this car park has already been granted. We are seeking to commence works on the project on 29th July 2019, with completion by 31st August 2019. We are also seeking an optional tender return on extending the existing one level decking over the combined staff/ visitor car park on Farringdon Fields. This will also be on a fixed price lump sum JCT design and build basis. No design work has been undertaken for this project, and planning permission has not been sought, but if we were to proceed with this option then we would be expecting completion by Christmas 2019.
