Glue box closer supply and installation
Descriptions
To supply and install glue box closers to a food production facility. The box closer will be gluing both top and bottom of the corrugated box whilst causing no damage to the product within.The maximum speed of the machine must reach 8 boxes a minute and be suitable for a range of box sizes. The boxes will range from 324x168x116 to 324x168x225 and also a possibility of a box size 324x85x116. The machinery needs to be as compact as possible as space could become an issue(estimated space available-L=1.6M x W=1.2M), and must comply to current safety standards. All electrics and guard switches etc must be IP65 or greater.The machine must cope with running in a busy production environment on 16 hours a day 5 days a week.
