The deliverables from this consultancy brief will enable us to understand and make a decision based on the evidence provided on the most appropriate governance model and deliver an outline business plan to bring our pipeline of potential projects closer to the investment stage and realise a range of financing options which can meet the long-term delivery plans of the partnership.
