The Contracting Authority's intention is to Direct Award contracts for out of hours face to face appointments, out of hours home visits, GP Extended Access and in-hours home visits to Southern Hampshire Primary Care Alliance (SHPCA) and/or Partnering Health Ltd (PHL) for a period of 2 years (plus up to 2 years extension) from 1.7.2019.
