Quotation for Ground Site Works including all associated building works.Fforest Farm is seeking quotations for ground works and site clearance for a proposed new cubicle housing and covered area for the new robotic milking system.Specifications of the works involved:To clear site for new buildings, level and compact.Excavate hole for concrete slurry tank.Excavate footings, set levels, lay concrete foundations and flooring.Build walls at 2.4m high to accept slats.Backfill layers and compact around the concrete walls back to level.Lay concrete floor area and build internal walls as required.Carry out concrete work for new cubicle shed housing.Tenders are invited on the basis of the supplier/contractor being able to provide labour, necessary machinery/hire, concrete, steel and other associated materials.All services will be delivered at Fforest Farm as per the contact detailsScoring CriteriaThe scoring criteria will be based 90% weighting on price and 10% weighting on track record, testimonials and proven ability to complete the required works.Plans available in additional documents.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=63092.
