Cottsway Housing Association is a social business providing affordable homes in West Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire owning approx 5 000 homes. Cottsway will soon be looking to procure their grounds maintenance, cleaning, handyperson and tree management services. The primary purpose of this PIN is to inform suppliers of a pre-tender market engagement exercise to gain an insight from contractors/service providers in the current marketplace, which may be used to inform the specification and qualitative aspects of any forthcoming tenders for the associated services.
