Beyond Housing are seeking a contractor to complete grounds maintenance services.

The services under this contract include the following:

Routine Grass Cutting

Shrub & hedge beds/maintenance

Wetland and Water courses

Formal areas

Naturalised areas

Invasive weed control (i.e. Japanese knot weed)

Garage sites weed control

Hedge reduction

Paths and curb edging

Herbaceous control

Hard shrub pruning

Compulsory Gardens

Banks above 45 degrees

Block maintenance

Beyond Housing are conducting a market engagement survey to gain insight from contractors on current practices, preferred contract structures, additional services and contract mobilisation expectations.
