Descriptions
Beyond Housing are seeking service providers to carry out grounds maintenance services.
The services include:
• Routine Grass Cutting
• Shrub & hedge beds/maintenance
• Wetland and Water courses
• Formal areas
• Naturalised areas
• Invasive weed control (i.e. Japanese knot weed)
• Garage sites weed control
• Hedge reduction
• Paths and curb edging
• Herbaceous control
• Hard shrub pruning
• Compulsory Gardens (select number of residential property gardens in the Redcar area - Lot 1)
• Banks
• Block maintenance
This contract will be divided into 3 lots, with the intend of awarding one bidder per lot.
Lot 1 North
Lot 2 Whitby
Lot 3 South
Bidders can only bid on one lot.
