Descriptions
BBLP on behalf of our client - Herefordshire Council - have a requirement to onboard Sub Contractors to support with the delivery of ad hoc schemes throughout the county. The schemes will vary in size and value from around £5,000 to £100,000. The Sub Contractors will be called upon to price. The works awarded to the Sub Contractor will be showing best value for money and meeting programme deadlines. BBLP require the Sub Contractors to complete the provided BOQ. BBLP will review tenders once received and will undertake a commercial comparison review with two sample jobs. The types of work that would be required for these schemes is listed below but not limited to; - Gully installations - Replacement of pipework - New headwalls or repairing old - Reinstatement of carriageway with hot material - Grip installation (concrete) - Dig out ditches - Gabion basket installation - Concrete haunch - Post and sign installations If interested, please email Elisabeth Wyllie: elisabeth.wyllie@balfourbeatty.com
