You are invited to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) regarding Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd’s (HIAL) requirement for a primary and secondary surveillance capability (including wind farm mitigation) at Inverness Airport. This requirement relates to immediate needs at Inverness Airport as described in Part A of the attached (RFI). Future requirements for other HIAL airports are described in Part B of the RFI. HIAL intends to introduce surveillance at a number of air traffic control airports within the group. These are described in more detail in Part B of the attached request for information (RFI).
