Home Group are looking to procure a solution for construction related consultant services to support our new build development programme in England and Scotland. In order to ensure our procurement approach is focused, efficient and responds to the current market, we are inviting potential suppliers to give us insight by responding to this pre-market engagement. Please note: this market engagement exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest. Home Group is issuing this request for information only. Any market participant who chooses to respond to this request is doing so to support market research only. No supplier selection or supplier preference is implied. Participation in this PME exercise will consist of completion of a questionnaire which can accessed via the ProContract Portal. Deadline for receipt of responses to PME: 27th February 2026 Queries in relation to the completion of this Market consultation exercise can be made through the same portal. Responses to the questionnaires will be used to help inform our specifications and preferred procurement approach. If we need to seek any additional clarification or detail around a response, then we may contact the responder directly. Potential responders will not be prejudiced in any future procurement processes by either responding or not responding to this PME exercise.
