TEFAT opened its first Academy in September 2012 and since then has increased to 17 Academies in 8 different local authority areas.TEFAT is now procuring a single provider for both HR and Payroll (comprising HR Advice and Guidance, HR Administration and Recruitment, HR database, Staff Welfare and Health, Training and Development and Payroll) on a national basis will give the best solution in terms of both cost and quality, ensuring a consistency of delivery across all Academies.
