Descriptions
The supply, installation, and commissioning of a hybrid conference system in a several rooms within Barrow Town Hall. This will enable staff and external parties to utilise the equipment to host and present content to people within the room and online. This also will enable the Town hall to host council meetings for the new Westmorland and Furness Unitary council. The Law Library and Committee Room 4 have a 65" Smart TV mounted on the wall connected to previously procured Zoom Room kit. The Banqueting Hall and Council Chamber have no fixed equipment at present. Professional services will be required to assist the Council's IT Team with installation, testing and commissioning of the new hybrid conference rooms.
