The Departmental Solicitor’s Office (DSO) is part of the DoF, (the Authority) and provides a range of legal services to all central Northern Ireland departments and agencies, as well as a number of non-departmental bodies. In 2017, DSO published a Digitalisation Strategy for 2018-2021.Supporting service delivery in DSO is its CMS (CMS), developed in-house by the then DFP’s Information Systems Branch in 2009. DSO is seeking to replace its existing system with a new CMS.Prior to initiating the procurement the Department wishes to establish the level of interest in participation from the market. DSO are conducting a pre-market engagement with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators and to warm the market to the opportunity of the future procurement requirements.
