The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) is the Regulatory Body for horseracing in Ireland; it assumed these functions from the Turf Club on 1st January 2018. The IHRB seeks a communications and PR partner to embellish the model of communicating with stakeholders and to provide high-level advice. The successful communications and PR partner has to convey the ability to fulfil all aspects of the service and demonstrate an understanding of the horseracing industry and its place in Irish sporting and social life. The communications and PR partner will be required to provide strategic advice on issues as they arise and will work with the IHRB in creating a greater understanding of the role of the regulator. The communications and PR partner will be required to work with the in-house communications team on the creation and content and the development of a digital and social media programme.
