IntroductionYou are hereby invited by the Active Building Centre Ltd (“ABC”) to tender for the implementation of v1. of messaging stack, database architecture, and data visualisation platform.BackgroundThe Active Building Centre is an elite research technology and innovation centre established by the UK Government (through Innovate UK) in high growth industries and are designed to bridge the gap between Government, universities, research institutions and innovative businesses of all sizes.The objective is to rapidly transform great research into commercial success to support the industry and to generate economic growth. ABC represent a long-term strategic investment by Innovate UK in the UK’s innovation capability.
