Descriptions
Providers within the marketplace are being provided notice in accordance with the framework of the intention to reopen the framework and framework lots. The framework was awarded as a bespoke process, and is being re-opened under the ‘Light Touch Regime’ of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, with the original requirements of completion of a Qualification Questionnaire to qualify for acceptance onto the framework agreement. The framework is split into five lots: Lot 1 — Individual Independent Investigations Lot 2 — Partnership Investigations Lot 3 — Local Care Systems Lot 4 — Health and Social Care and Partners Investigations Lot 5 — Systematic Independent Investigations. The contracting authorities do not intend to hold themselves bound by any Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 Services. Further information will be available when the framework is reopened. This notice is not a call for competition.
