The contract is primarily concerned with the removal of existing and installation of new: •flat warm roofs to main building and communal entrance, •flat roof to bin store, •insulated vertical tiling/ cladding to main building, •flashings to high level dormer windows, and •guttering and downpipes to all buildings, at numbers 1 to 9 Edgecumbe Court, Sandy, Bedfordshire.
