Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Package WP13.1-Urban Realm Civils, Utilities and Earthworks. The scope includes the installation of pressurised Utilities Services. • Potable water • Fire mains • Surface & foul water rising mains. Kilnbridge invites expressions of interest from suitable qualified subsubcontractors to deliver these services. Scope will include provision of all plant, equipment, labour and materials necessary to install, test and assure the works. The subsubcontractor will deliver the construction and manufacturing, construction detailing and handover stages, ensuring that construction adheres to the planned specifications, quality standards, and sustainability goals. Installation of utilities are to commence Q2 2025 and will require numerous visits to complete in late Q2 2028.
