The Institute of the Motor Industry has been operating a Sector Priorities Fund Pilot assisting SME business in Wales on behalf of the Welsh Government for the past year. This pilot is due to cease in December 2011 and the performance and impact of the pilot now needs to be evaluated. This contract seeks a consultant, independent of the pilot itself, to carry out an evaluation and produce an evaluation report which will be utilised by the IMI and the Welsh Goverment themselves.Evaluation will include:1. Pilot performance2. Analysis of Participant Feedback3. Telephone discussion with participating employers4. Visits to participating LLS providers5. Provision of report pertaining to all of the above
