This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice and is intended to provide notice of the Authority's intention to award a contract to support the delivery and achievement of outcomes linked to reducing inequalities, supporting skills, educational aspiration and promoting engagement with communities, covering the population of North East Essex for a period of 6 months, from 20th March 2022 until 19th September 2022. There is a possibility that after the initial 6 month term, the agreement gets extended by a further 6 months, therefore the maximum contract duration will be for 12 months. This notice is made by the Contracting Authority, NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”) in compliance with its local procurement policy.The contract value is £624,000 over the six month term, and VAT will not be applicable. Even if the contract is extended by a further six months, the contract value will remain unchanged at £624,000.
