To procure an integrated community mental health rehabilitation service, with a minimum of 14 units, which will form an integrated partnership between clinicians and the voluntary sector and offer specialist rehabilitation intervention.The Service will enable people to receive a community-based offer within South West London and avoid admission into a rehabilitation unit.
