The Council is inviting Tenders for the provision of an 11,7 MWp (nominal) ground mounted solar photovoltaic farm on land which is sublet to the Council.Involves the following works:— Design of the photovoltaic installation, infrastructure and associated works;— Installation of all works necessary to form a fully functional secure and operational solar farm;— Registration of the solar farm with Ofgem for the 1.3 ROC; and— Management, operation and maintenance of the solar farm initially for a period of up to 5 years (3 years plus an option for a 2 year extension) (the Works).It is intended that the successful tenderer will be awarded the Contract by no later than the 13.10.2015 with the Contract to commence on the 24.10.2015 and completion with Ofgem registration for the ROC by 31.3.2016 at the very latest.
