The Isle of Wight NHS Trust (the Trust) is seeking a partner (the Partner) to enter into a Strategic Estates Partnership (a SEP) to provide an intelligent estates strategy function to assist the Trust with estates rationalisation; capital programme planning, financing, procurement and construction project management; and also strategic transformation planning; procurement and contract management of associated FM services.These services will be provided to the Trust through the establishment of a joint venture body (JV) between the Trust and the Partner.
