ITT Legal Services

Descriptions

Wave Hub Development Services Ltd are leading a project part funded by ERDF called the Cornwall Floating Offshore Wind (FLOW) Accelerator which is part of a package of initiatives designed to ensure that the region drives forward, and benefits from, the opportunity that FLOW will bring to the region. As part of this project, WHDS intend to procure a minimum of 12 months worth of wind resource data from the Celtic Sea. This procurement represents a significant portion of the overall budget and therefore needs to be executed correctly, compliantly and with full regard for value for money. We therefore have identified a need for legal support through the ITT development, procurement process and deployment phases. The cost of the data acquisition campaign will be significant. Therefore, WHDS wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced legal services contractor who can support a procurement process which meets National and European legislation & regulations.
