Descriptions
Warwickshire County Council (WCC) require a company/companies, accredited under the Security Industry Authority (SIA's) Approved Contractor Scheme (with individual staff holding valid SIA licences) to deliver Key Holding Services, Property Inspections, and First Responder services to Alarm activations across Warwickshire County Council's portfolio of corporate buildings. Other services may be required such as Static Guarding, but this would be on an ad-hoc basis. Please note that the estimated value of the procurement provided in this notice (£360,000 inclusive of VAT) provides scope for any potential increase in requirement over the contract duration. The initial requirement has an estimated total value across the two Lots of circa £240,000 (inclusive of VAT).
