Installation of descaler
Installation of sink and taps
Installation of new lighting
Installation of extractor fan
Installation of new flooring
Installation of appliances (where applicable)
Installation of hardwired heat detector (hard wired linked to smoke detector) (where applicable)
Electrical rewire (where applicable)
Redecoration of walls, ceilings, timber, all previously decorated surfaces
Undertaking any passive fire stopping works required
Installation of tiling/wall boarding (where applicable)
