Descriptions
Kitchen Unit replacement and associated works to 55nr flats / houses together with 66nr Boiler replacements to flats / houses owned by Pineview Housing Association. Out of the above some properties will be receiving both kitchens & boilers. Bidders should note that Energy Performance Survey/Certificate shall be required at each property receiving a new boiler. Electrical works are required - installing replacing plug points, lighting etc as well as RCBO's where required. Radiator replacements may be required to 10nr properties.
