Laundry Equipment Maintenance & Replacement Contract

Bield Housing and Care is looking to put in place a contract for the Maintenance, Replacement of laundry equipment and cleaning of Dryer ducts. over the next 3-5 years to properties owned by Bield Housing and Care. These works will comprise of Reactive repairs, an annual service to washer and driers, Annual duct cleaning from the drier up to and including the outside grill and Replacement of washers and driers as requested by Bield Housing & Care. Reactive repairs to be attended to within our reactive repairs time scale and defects visits within the first 12 months will be required on a 24 hour basis with an emergency response time of 4 hours. The properties managed by Bield Housing and Care comprise of retirement, retirement housing with meals, housing with care, and amenity schemes. Each individual development will be priced separately using the costs submitted in the priced tender document. Tenderers should be aware that as a consequence of regular tenant movements, the developments will be occupied during the course of the works and care must be taken when working on or moving equipment.
