The client requires a lead design team to progress proposals in two stages, each stage subject to funding being secured. In the first stage proposals are to be progressed from the equivalent of RIBA Workstage 1 through to Workstage 3; in the second they are to be progressed from Workstage 4 to 6. The scheme is concerned with historical significant ex-industrial buildings and landscape, with a mix of restoration, re-use and limited new build components.
