The scheme is the renovation of LLangefni Town Hall a grade 11 listed building in the market town of Llangefni, Ynys Mon. The work included the total gutting of the interior and repalcing with a three floor structure. Works will include the following Scaffolding and construction of stee frames within the building and exerience in the following would be advenageous:-Conservation/listed building works of similar nature and sizeRestoration of old sensitive buildings in confined sitesRefurbishment of similar sized projectsWorking with similar funded projectsWhen complete the ground floor will be a reception and community space area, the 1st and second floor meeting rooms and offices and the upper floor an attic space with storage
