We are looking to commission an agency to develop a behaviour change campaign to increase active travel - the uptake of cycling and walking primarily, but as the campaign develops long-term, have the potential to support other active travel modes too. The campaign will focus on encouraging people to take the active option for shorter, local journeys or leisure, to ditch the car and to walk or cycle instead.
