Mayoral Social Housing Enabling Fund Support Package (MSHEF)
Descriptions
The Mayoral Social Housing Enabling Fund Support Package will provide targeted capacity-building support to strengthen resident engagement and social housing retrofit delivery. This support package includes funding activities for additional Resident Engagement Officers (REOs), supplementary resident engagement support, REO training, programme management resources, and the coordination of tenant engagement activities across our consortium of Social Housing Registered Providers (RPs). To ensure consistency, value for money, and effective delivery, Home Energy West Yorkshire intends to appoint a managing agent to deliver the support package on our behalf. This agent will serve as a single point of contact and coordination for the RPs, overseeing implementation and ensuring robust monitoring of outputs, outcomes and impacts.
