The Mayor's Office of Policing and Crime (MOPAC) invites you to submit a quote for the delivery of a pan-London Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation needs assessment. MOPAC are seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a refreshed pan-London needs assessment to provide a picture of the current needs of victims and survivors in accessing support in safe accommodation across London. This needs assessment is part of the duties set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The needs assessment will inform a Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Strategy refresh and future commissioning priorities. MOPAC will be the lead authority for this work and seek to appoint a consultant that will complete the needs assessment in a period of up to a maximum of 20 weeks. The maximum budget available for this work is £120,000.
