The scope of services required is to provide Mechanical and Electrical consultancy services for the Health Products Regulatory Authority. The successful consultant shall be required to act as a consultant across all phases of the project. Phase one will involve e an initial review identifying the options available to the HPRA. Phase 2 will include project management, detailed design, tendering for services through to supervising installation and handover.
