The mains & objectives of this invitation to tender (ITT)is to engage a communications and public relations partner to provide strategic communications and public affairs advice to support the achievement of the strategic objectives in the MHC Strategic Plan 2023-26, to strengthen the brand identity and positioning of the Mental Health Commission as the State’s mental health services regulator, and provider of decision support services and to help ensure that the Mental Health Commission is perceived as a key player and opinion-shaper in the mental health and decision support sector. Part of this will include assistance in the development of refreshed communications strategies for both the MHC, and for the Decision Support Service.The successful tenderer will be strategically focussed, proactive and flexible in relation to service delivery. They will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the mental health and decision support sectors, the regulatory and wider media environment, together with a critical understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the MHC generally.
