Minor Eye Conditions Service. It is proposed that the contract would be for a duration of 3 years, commencing on 1 April 2018. The total budget will be circa £470,000 per year. A 3-year contract therefore has a value of circa £1,410,000. There will be an option (at the CCG’s sole discretion) to extend the contract for a period of up to 2 further years thereafter. A 3-year contract plus an extension of a further 2 years thereafter would have a value of circa £2,350,000.
