University Hospital Monklands has greatly exceeded its design life which poses many operational and financial challenges. In early 2016 NHS Lanarkshire announced its intention to replace or refurbish the current facilities at University Hospital Monklands with new hospital accommodation of sufficient quality and clinical functionality. This PIN seeks to engage the market and in particular gain feedback on the proposed procurement strategy for the new facility.
