Descriptions
Supply of electric passenger railway stock with the option for maintenance. This contract covers the design, manufacture, testing, commissioning and introduction of a fleet of new electric passenger trains together with the option of maintenance of these. The desire will be for the supplier to supply a Whole Life Cost model in order to ascertain the maintenance cost between 10 to 30 year period from the point of procurement.
