The National Treasury Management Agency describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency on behalf of the Minister for Education are seeking Site Investigations Works in respect of the Devolved Schools Building Programme 2 - Bundle 3 Project Dargle.The Bundle 3 Project Dargle Site Investigations are to be carried out at seven (7) project sites. The project sites are split into two (2) Lots as follows:Lot 1: Co. Wicklow•Avondale Community College, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, A67 RR26•St. Kevin's Community College, Dunlavin, Co. Wicklow, W91 R971•Colaiste Bhride, Carnew, Co. Wicklow, Y14 WA00•Arklow CBS, Arlow, Co. Wicklow, Y14 RV04Lot 2: Co. Westmeath •Moate Community College, Moate, Co. Westmeath, N37 DY70•St. Joseph's Secondary School, Rochfortbridge, Co. Westmeath, N91 XV56•Castlepollard Community College, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath, N91 EF89You are invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots. If a Tenderer elects to tender for both Lots, a separate tender must be submitted for each Lot. Please note that Tenderers may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot, subject to adequate competition. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price, subject to compliance and verification of the requested Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (“SAQ”) information prior to contract award.Tenders for Lot 1 will be evaluated first and the apparently successful tender for Lot 1 will be identified (“Lot 1 Preferred Tender”). If the Tenderer that submitted the Lot 1 Preferred Tender has also submitted a tender for Lot 2, that Tenderer’s tender for Lot 2 will be removed from the evaluation of the Lot 2 tenders.Compliance with the minimum requirements contained in the SAQ is to be addressed by way of self-declaration.
