North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) and is managing this procurement process. The CCG is commissioning a children and young peoples mental health support teams in schools service and will consist of: Lot 1: Newcastle (1 Team), and Lot 2: Gateshead (2 Teams). The respective contracts will be for Lot 1: 3 years initial contract period with a possible 12 months extension period; Lot 2: 3 years initial contract period with a possible 12 months extension period. The procurement will be available to view on the In-Tend e-tendering portal on 23 October 2020.
