North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of: NHS Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) proposes to engage with the wider market to inform future service model development and/or commissioning intentions for the provision of a family support service for children and young people with a neurodevelopmental need for the population of Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees. The CCG is interested to hear from providers who could deliver a family support service for children and young people with a neurodevelopmental need. The service would be expected to gather feedback from families to continuously improve the service and report results of the evaluation to commissioners. The budget for this service is approximately GBP 300 000. (GBP 100 000 per annum with an anticipated 2 years + option to extend for a further 12 months). This is being jointly funded by NHS Tees Valley CCG, Hartlepool Borough Council and Stockton Borough Council.
