To establish a supplier for a New Build Learning Project. This will form part of the Delivering Low Carbon Skills Project. ConstructionSkills has initiated a number of Learning Projects across the UK that investigates the changing skills needs and challenges arising from new and innovative products and processes within the construction and built environment workforce. This is achieved by obtaining first hand evidence from active construction, engineering and infrastructure projects using live site analysis. This project will adopt the Learning Project approach to investigate the skills and productivity issues related to the construction of new social housing constructed to the equivalent of level 4 in the Code for Sustainable Homes.
