Torus is a large and diverse organisation, we are simultaneously a landlord, property developer, commercial contractor and social entrepreneur. The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to alert the market of Torus’ intention of creating a framework of contractors for a range of new build projects to support the ambitions of the development team. The framework will be split into lots according to project size.
